  • We accept debit cards, credit cards, and major payment methods through our secure system.

  • A standard $250 deposit will be requested prior to confirming your rental and will be charged on your credit/debit card until the return of the rental vehicle. The deposit will be refunded after the return of the rental vehicle, less any incidental charges incurred (gas, additional miles, tolls, unpaid citations, insurance deductible, rental extensions, or all other applicable fees per the accepted terms of the rental agreement).

    Luxury cars require a $500-$1000 security deposit.

  • Yes, you can add an additional driver who is not listed on your personal auto insurance policy, such as a friend instead of a spouse or family member. This allows them to drive the rental vehicle with full coverage for $25/day. The additional driver must meet the same rental requirements as the primary driver.

  • Unlike big corporate rental companies, we don’t believe in piling on hidden fees or unnecessary charges. The fees we include are essential to remain compliant, legal, and operationally effective. This allows us to continue providing the best service while keeping our pricing transparent and straightforward.

    Here is a transparent breakdown of our fees:

    Sales Tax (10.6%)

    The sales tax is a standard charge applied to all car rental transactions. This 10.6% fee is a requirement in Phoenix, Arizona, and is added to the total cost of your rental.

    VLS Tax (5%)

    The Vehicle License Surcharge (VLS) Tax is a fee of 5% that helps cover the costs associated with vehicle registration, licensing, and compliance with state regulations. This tax is mandatory and ensures that our vehicles remain legally compliant and road-ready for your convenience.

    Processing Fee (3.5%)

    The processing fee is 3.5% and is applied to cover administrative costs associated with managing your rental. This fee helps us maintain high-quality service, from booking and billing to customer support and vehicle maintenance.

BOOKING PROCESS

  • Yes, we require all renters to have a current and active policy with at least minimum liability insurance.

    If you do not have full coverage, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on provides additional protection for the rental vehicle, specifically covering damages to your rental vehicle from collisions.

    Our insurance is secondary, meaning it only covers the rental vehicle if a collision occurs and your insurance acts as the primary.

  • No, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on does not cover damage caused to another vehicle. However, the minimum state liability insurance that we require would cover any damage to another person’s vehicle.

  • Yes, our Rental Car Damage Protection add-on is an additional form of protection but is not an insurance policy.

    We still require all renters to have a current and active policy with at least minimum liability insurance.

  • If your insurance deductible is over $2,500, we will require you to purchase our Rental Car Collision Damage Insurance add-on.

  • For business rentals, the business must add the rented vehicle to their policy. Proof of coverage for the company and all its employees/contractors must be provided before the rental. This coverage must include comprehensive and collision for the rental vehicle and any vehicle/property damage in case of an accident.

INSURANCE AND PROTECTION

  • Our minimum booking age is 21 years old.

    • Credit or debit card for payment

  • For all rentals, we allow 150 miles per day. Any additional miles will be charged at $0.625 per mile.

  • At the moment, we do not allow out of country rentals.

  • No, we do not allow one-way rentals for any of our vehicles.

  • If the guest does not show up within 30 minutes of their reserved time, we may cancel the reservation with no refund.

  • There are no cancellation fees for reservations canceled more than 72 hours prior to delivery or pick-up. Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be penalized with 25% of the reservation total.

  • We offer 10% off rentals for any military. Please contact us here for the coupon code.

RENTAL POLICIES

  • During the online reservation process, you will select from a list of 3 convenient locations where you can pick up and return your vehicle.

  • Refueling of gas and recharging of electric vehicles is the renter’s responsibility. If the vehicle is not refueled/charged to the level it was given, a fee of 2x the price of gas/electricity will be charged.

    Our Quick Refuel & Recharge Return add-on option allows you to return the rental vehicle without a full tank of gas or a full charge for a one-time $60 fee. This add-on is perfect for those who want a hassle-free return process.

  • Yes, we accommodate rentals after normal business hours for a nominal fee. Our business hours are Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Yes, you can return the car early, but please note that rental fees will be adjusted based on the original rental agreement.

VEHICLE PICKUP AND RETURN

  • Yes, we offer 24/7 roadside assistance for all our rental vehicles. If you encounter any issues during your rental period, please contact our support team for assistance.

  • Yes, we offer child seats as an add-on during the online reservation process.
